My Services

In all of my counselling and psychotherapy sessions, I help clients to identify the causes, conditions, and underlying concerns that cause them distress and pain. When you choose my services, I always offer a pre-booked 30-minute assessment FREE of charge. This will give us time to get to know each other and discuss your needs, while you decide whether my experience and approach feels right for you.

Your assessment can be conducted face-to-face, by telephone or online. If you decide to proceed, we will move forwards together to try and achieve the future you hope to have.

My therapy room is in my home in Preston Lancashire in a safe, welcoming room, there is plenty of space to park your car on the street.  I  work from home on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and also offer Saturday morning sessions.   Please feel free to contact me to discuss a time that will suit your needs, I am flexible and fully understand these times may not be the best for you.

About Me

Starting in my late 40s, I began on my counselling path late in life. However, I soon discovered that my life experiences were a big reason why I was motivated to become a counsellor. Along the way, I have learned a lot about myself, including my strengths and weaknesses, and my passion for working with people who need my help has only grown over time.

Having worked full time for a fantastic company in the past, I have now opened my own private practice and I’m loving every minute of it. I’m an excellent listener and I can honestly say that being a counsellor has changed me – I’m enjoying living life the way I want to, including a bit of running and horse riding in my spare time!
